Autonomous help desk for live production
An audiovisual production studio running live shows on TikTok cannot afford interruptions during a broadcast: every minute off the air is lost audience and revenue. Their help desk depended on having a technician available at the exact moment of the incident.
We deployed an AI agent that operates the infrastructure help desk end to end. During broadcasts, the agent diagnoses and remediates incidents autonomously, escalating to a human technician only when automated remediation does not resolve the problem.
